Sun Gong draws on the sonic blueprint of New Age and Kosmische music to manifest an inner vision of sonic nondualism into the world. Together with the help of Michael Pierce (Sweetearthflying, Wet Gardens), Sun Gong weaves intricate clouds of microtonal intervals, just harmonies, synthetic percussions, noise, feedback, and dense tape distortion to create a primordial tapestry of sound. Influenced by the aesthetic philosophy of Plotinus, this album is a reflection on the primal beauty that transcends forms and attempts to come as close as any multiplicity may towards wholeness.
